Terms for Mika Dog Training products and online courses.

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. About Mika Dog Training

Mika Dog Training is operated by Hondleiding, Nijverheidlaan 8, 6717 EW Ede, The Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 09193072. VAT identification number: NL001654070B33. Email: info@onlinehondencursus.nl.

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through Mika Dog Training.

2. Our products and services

Mika Dog Training offers digital dog training courses, downloadable materials, trainer resources and, where stated, support or online coaching. The exact content, price, access period, package features and additional services are described on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase.

3. Orders and agreement

An agreement is formed when you complete the checkout process and your order is accepted. After purchase you will receive an electronic confirmation. Where course access is included, access will normally be provided through your personal Mika Dog Training account.

We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as an obvious pricing error, fraud, misuse or a technical error. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. The final price and any applicable taxes are shown before you place the order. Price changes for future purchases do not affect an order that has already been accepted.

5. Payment

Payments are processed using the payment methods shown at checkout. We use Mollie as a payment service provider. A course or digital product may only become available after payment has been successfully confirmed.

6. Digital delivery

Digital courses and downloads are supplied electronically. Course access is normally provided through your personal account. Downloads may be provided through your account, by email or through another secure download method.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for keeping your login details secure.

7. Course access

The access period for a course is stated on the relevant product or sales page. Where a course is described as having unlimited access, this means no fixed expiry date is imposed while that course continues to be provided and technically supported by Mika Dog Training.

We may update, improve or reorganise course material over time provided that this does not materially remove the essential content that was purchased.

8. Personal use and account sharing

Consumer courses are licensed for personal use only. Your account is personal and login details may not be shared with another person.

Course videos, text, exercises, worksheets, PDFs and other materials may not be copied, redistributed, resold, uploaded elsewhere or made publicly available without written permission.

9. Trainer resources and commercial use

Products explicitly sold as trainer or instructor resources may be used professionally within the licence described on the relevant product page. Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, purchase grants a licence to one purchasing instructor or business user.

Files may not be redistributed, resold, shared with other instructors or offered as standalone downloads to third parties. If a school-wide or multi-instructor licence is offered, the specific licence terms for that product take precedence.

10. Support and coaching

Some packages include email support, video feedback, private online coaching or another form of personal guidance. The exact support included is stated in the relevant package description. Support does not include unlimited professional consultation unless this is specifically stated.

Appointments may need to be scheduled within a reasonable period and are subject to availability.

11. Right of withdrawal and digital content

Consumers may have a statutory cooling-off period for distance contracts. Different rules apply to digital content supplied immediately. Where required by law, we will ask you to expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends when delivery of the digital content begins.

If the legal requirements for loss of the right of withdrawal have not been met, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Services started during a cooling-off period

If a purchase includes a service such as coaching and you expressly request that the service begins during an applicable cooling-off period, different withdrawal rules may apply to that service. Where permitted by law, a proportionate amount may be payable for services already performed before withdrawal.

13. Voluntary money-back guarantees

Some products may include an additional voluntary money-back guarantee. Such a guarantee applies only when it is expressly stated on the relevant sales page and according to the conditions shown there. A voluntary guarantee does not limit statutory consumer rights.

14. Refunds

Where you are entitled to a refund, it will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Access to refunded digital products may be withdrawn.

15. Educational nature of the courses

Mika Dog Training provides educational dog training information. Results vary between dogs and owners and cannot be guaranteed. You remain responsible for deciding what is suitable and safe for your dog.

Courses do not replace veterinary diagnosis, medical treatment or an individual professional behaviour assessment where these are required. If your dog shows signs of pain, severe fear, aggression or another serious behavioural or medical concern, seek appropriate veterinary or qualified professional assistance.

16. Intellectual property

Original content on Mika Dog Training, including course material, videos, illustrations, written content, PDFs, exercises, downloads and branding, is protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a product gives you a limited right to use that product according to these Terms. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property does not transfer to you.

17. Availability and technical issues

We aim to keep the website and learning environment available and reliable. Temporary interruptions can occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a technical problem materially prevents you from accessing a purchased product, contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

18. Changes to courses

Dog training knowledge, technology and teaching materials may evolve. We may update course content, videos, worksheets or platform structure. Changes will not intentionally reduce the essential value of a product you already purchased.

19. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it directly. Include enough information for us to identify your order and understand the issue. We will respond within a reasonable period.

20. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, this does not remove mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms for future purchases. The Terms that applied when you placed your order remain applicable to that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
